Remember Tubing in the Snow?

I was just reminiscing about when we went tubing this past winter. To "reminisce" means to remember good times. And those were really good times.

For one, it wasn't so hot like it is now. And I love the snow, like you boys do.

But the main reason they were so good is because it was time spent as a family. And so much fun!

Remember the two times we went tubing on the big mountains? One time we went with the Thorups during the day time. Then we went at night with Ms. Recia and Mr. Rex.

I was reading part of a book I wrote and it reminded me of those two times:
Starting behind the backstop of the middle ball diamond, he got a running start and leapt onto his tube, speeding down the steep hill. He steered himself through the trees awkwardly by dragging his boots behind him. As the hillside began to level out, he aimed his tube toward the center path that led through the terraces all the way to M Street. He hit the first drop off at a pretty good pace, landing with a thump, but bouncing along and continuing down the grade. He maintained speed, and went over the second likewise. By the third drop, he was accelerating again, having straightened out his course and lifted his feet—over the top and a smooth landing. He barreled toward the wall faster than ever.
That story is about tubing at a park called Lyndsey Gardens in Salt Lake. I will probably be home when it is super snowy, so I promise to take you boys tubing there.

Get ready!
