Daddy's Running

I ran in the St. Patrick's Day 5K yesterday. I was a bit surprised at how well I did, considering how bad I felt going up some of those hills. It was a great workout, and an excuse to go into work a little late.

I usually don't exercise in the morning-- far cry from the organized PT I was accustomed to at Basic and AIT. I still get a good workout in three nights a week, and a little basketball on top of that.

My goal is to earn the Physical Fitness patch to wear on my Army PF Uniform. I also want to go home leaner and stronger.
